Parker Plastics History

Founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a start-up injection molding company, Parker Plastics entered the blow molding industry in 1989 with the production of a line of honey containers. Since then, Parker Plastics has focused on custom plastic container manufacturing.

In 1998, Parker Plastics became the first company to mold a figurine in PET using a 2-step process. This innovation involves a coordinated design of preform and bottle mold. We currently run 19 proprietary PET preform molds and over 160 PET blow molds.

In 2001, we bolstered our commitment to the extrusion blowing component of our business by investing in cutting-edge horizontal stroke equipment.

In 2006, we invested in linear PET technology and expanded into a third plastic blow molding facility (75,000 sq. ft.) in Hagerstown, MD, housing 5 PET bottle production lines.

Our three plants in Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Maryland house 30 different production lines. Oklahoma and Wisconsin facilities operate PET machines, extrusion blow molding lines, and container decorating equipment.
